Since its establishment in 2014, Optimistic Futures has been delivering successful training qualifications. The organisation started with Security courses on its scope and later added courses from training packages in Community Services, Construction, Plumbing and Services, as well as First Aid fields. The organisation now offers multiple qualifications in addition to First Aid courses, making it a vital contributor to the Australian work industry. With nearly 1500 AQF full qualifications, including certificates and diplomas, and over 1500 in First Aid courses, Optimistic Futures has produced a significant number of successful graduates.
